"Joy Carta with Carta Travel Connection is the best! My husband and I recently got married in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Joy helped us with the entire process - selecting a destination based on ease of travel, cost, and all of our specifications, selecting a resort, and booking accommodations and travel arrangements for us and our 61 guests! Joy was so awesome to work with. She answered MANY questions from me, and although I thought she would have been sick of me by the time our wedding came around, she was SO accommodating and patient.
